I got the Pond color, and the print is so pretty! Looks so cute on, and definitely shades my face. Very comfortable. Like the chin tie for breezy days. Can't wait to take it on vacation and show it off!

It's wonderful to have a hat that doesn't hurt my head! I could measure myself and order the size that made sense for me. The fabric is delightful and the brim provides shade making it easier to read or play. I can adjust the brim in multiple ways, to suit whim or need.

Loving my floral sunhat. Lightweight and just the right width brim. This is the second sunhat I’ve purchased just this spring, as I liked the first one just as much. That first one was a plain/solid colour. I also purchased two sunhats for my granddaughter, who started wearing one as soon as she received them in the mail. Fast delivery too.

Not only does that hat look amazing, it performs great! The extra half inch brim makes all the difference over competitors' hats for keeping the sun out of one's eyes and the chin tie, with it's easily adjustable toggle, beats gusts of wind. Lovely hat comfortable

These hats are amazing! My first puffin gear hat was purchased from the gift section of a book store roughly 20 years ago, and although the fun fabric has faded it’s still in great shape and I wear it all the time. I recently bought two more with different brim sizes for gardening and hanging out outside. They keep you so cool, and provide a good amount of sun protection for my hair, eyes, face and tops of my shoulders. I also got the chin strap so I never loose my hat in high winds. Worth every penny!

I am enjoying my new puffin gear hat, which is particularly good at protecting me from the hot summer sun. It’s very comfortable to wear and the wide brim provides adequate shade to keep me cool all day.

I'm really pleased with my purchase. Originally, I chose your company just because it was Canadian, and hoped for the best. The hat far outperforms my expectations. After a bout of skin cancer I needed effective covering and the hat fills the bill perfectly. It's light and comfortable but provides great sun protection and the thing I really appreciate is that, unlike straw hats, the brim never flips up and the hat doesn't fly off in the wind. It's all-round reliable.

A perfect hat! Beautifully sewn, fits very well and truly protects you from the sun‘s rays. The wire rim lets you can flip up the back of the hat should you be wearing a jacket. The chin tie is very handy for windy days. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

The hat arrived today and I love it in so many ways: the colours/pattern, the fact I could choose a size (my thick hair means I can never find a hat to fit); the UV protection; the chin strap for windy days on the boat (and it can be tucked up in the crown for my vanity when I don't need. I'm also looking forward to a summer without a sunburn in my part.

I got this hat in the bloom print and XL, as I wanted it loose to help with air flow in the summer heat. It was delivered within only a few days in a flat box so that the wire rim didn't bend. I love the print, wide brim, and rim that can roll up. It will definately help me protect my face while also looking good. It likely wont be good on a windy day or out on a lake, but I got it for easy summer days on a patio, gardening, or at a park. Really well made. Thanks!

I love my Puffin Gear hat! It's my 2nd one. My first was found in a lovely shop in Cobourg, ON. Great sun protection. Love the brim size for coverage. Quality construction. Hat is not too warm and colours are lovely. I have received compliments on it. I will buy another next year as I missed out on a colour I loved this year. Buy early! And the hat arrived the next day after I ordered it.
