Shipping policy

All orders ship from Toronto Canada within 1-2 business days. When you go to your checkout page you will see a list of shipping options and pricing.

Parcels ship with UPS or Canada Post. UPS does not ship to PO boxes or some remote destinations.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA excluding Nunavut, Yukon and North West Territories, is FREE on purchases over 115 CAD before tax. Fabric ends do not qualify for free shipping. 

 SHIPPING TO USA excluding Hawaii and Alaska, is FREE on purchases over 100 USD. Our products are made in Canada and enter the USA duty free under CUSMA..  The Orange Room prepays brokerage fees. SHIPPING TO USA IS PAUSED DUE TO A NEW 50% TARIFF APPLIED TO OUR CANADIAN MADE HATS, SCARVES AND BLANKETS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship to Latvia, New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Norway, Spain, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. The Orange Room is not responsible for any customs and duty charges.
