Shipping within Canada via expedited post is FREE on purchases over $100 before tax.  A flat rate of $8.99 is charged for expedited shipping on orders under $100 before tax

SHIPPING TO USA excluding Hawaii and Alaska

Shipping to the USA via regular post is FREE on purchases over $100. On orders under $100, flat rate regular post shipping is $14.99, and expedited post is $19.99.  The Orange Room is not responsible for any customs and duty charges.

RETURNS

If  for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please email us at info@theorangeroom.ca or call 1-855-727-4229 for a return or exchange authorization.  Sale items are final sale.

We are not responsible for damage that might occur to items in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use an insured and traceable shipping method (such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery.  If you are an international customer returning items to Canada, ensure that you complete customs declaration form to avoid any customs fees & duties. On the customs declaration form please indicate ”CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE”. Please also attach original invoice to the outside of the packaging. (You can put an invoice in the envelope and attach the envelope to the outside of the packaging or use the postal carrier’s plastic bag for customs documentation and shipping manifests).  Returns and exchanges sent without proper customs documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

RETURNED ITEMS FOR REFUND

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of the original method of payment. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your account.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

RETURNED ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE

You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order. If you are exchanging an item because of an error on our part, your new order will be shipped free of charge.
