Shipping within Canada via expedited post is FREE on purchases over 100 CAD before tax.  A flat rate of 9.99 CAD is charged for expedited shipping on orders under 100CAD before tax. Express post is available for a flat rate of 19.99.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA to Yukon and North West Territories

A flat rate of 19.99CAD is charged for expedited shipping.

SHIPPING TO USA excluding Hawaii and Alaska

Shipping to the USA via regular post is FREE on purchases over 80 USD. On orders under 80 USD, flat rate regular post shipping is 12 USD, and expedited post is 16 USD.  The Orange Room is not responsible for any customs and duty charges.

SHIPPING TO THE UK

Shipping to the UK has a flat rate of 25.99CAD for international tracked package service.  If you would like to upgrade to express shipping please contact us for rate. The Orange Room is not responsible for any customs and duty charges.

RETURNS

We hope you love your hat but If  for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags. You are responsible for return shipping charges. 

Please email us at info@theorangeroom.ca or call 1-888-783-3461 for a return authorization. Sale items are final sale.

We are not responsible for damage that might occur to items in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely please use an insured and traceable shipping method with Canada Post or USPS.   If you are an international customer returning items to Canada, ensure that you complete customs declaration form to avoid any customs fees & duties. On the customs declaration form please indicate ”CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE”. Returns and exchanges sent without proper customs documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

RETURNED ITEMS FOR REFUND

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of the original method of payment. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your account.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.  If there was a defect in the product, all original and return shipping charges will be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Please return items and we will credit your account when received. Re-order the items in the size/colour you would like. We're happy to help you find the right size or colour.
